5x50%, 5x60%, 3x65%, 2 x70%, 5 x 5 x 75%

Heavy Weighted Lunges 4 x 10 each leg (Increase weight each set)

HEAVY Sled Pulls 100’ x 6 Increase weight each round


Overhead Barbell or Yoke Carry 100’ Increase weight each set x 6
