Bench Press 75%
5x50%, 5x60%, 3x65%, 2 x70%, 5 x 5 x 75%

DB Incline Bench Press 10, 8, 6, 4 Increase weight each set

8 grip variation Pull Ups Strict x 2-3 sets (Start with an overhand wide grip for 1 pull up, move your grip in one hand space and complete 1 more pull up, move your grip in one hand space and complete 1 more pull up, move your grip in one hand space and complete 1 more pull up, Now reverse your grip by turning your palms toward you and repeat the same pattern in reverse.)

Time remaining complete:
3 x 10 Strict T2B

3 x 10 BB Roll Outs
