Partners Training: 4 Rounds

400 Meter BB Carry (95/45)
Partner MB Trunk Rotational Passes x 20 each side
Partner MB Chest Passes x 20 each
Partner MB Toss & Sit Ups x 20 each
Partner Pull Ups x 10 each or 20 Ring Rows each
Sprint to back parking lot end of fence
Sled Push 100 m. (90 lbs.)
